Here is what you need to know about how COVID19 will be affecting Claydon Jewelers.

The health and safety of you, our clients, and the Claydon Jewelers family continue to be our top priority. This being said, we will temporarily be closing our public showroom until health leaders advise otherwise, while also remaining operational remotely and online. From our family to yours, we appreciate your trust and support during this unprecedented time. 

While our store is closed to the public, we will still be working on all current jobs and we will do our best to continue serving your jewelry needs as we are able. We will still be taking orders and our in house jewelers have brought their tools home to work remotely. All of our full-time sales associates are remotely available via our office phone/text message line, 310-542-0501 and email, create@claydonjewelers.com, during normal business hours.

If your repair or order is not urgent, rest assured that your items are secured in our safe and fully insured. If you can wait to pick up or continue working on these non-urgent items, that will allow us to first dedicate our limited resources to those with upcoming weddings or other urgent jewelry needs.

If your repair or order is urgent, please call/text 310-542-0501 and we will set up an appointment virtually or in-person/curbside pick up while regulations allow it. We are also offering insured mailing if you would like to send or receive your items by mail.
